Consumers are spending less but demanding more from the providers of their goods and services: more flexibility, more options, 24-hour accessibility.  In short, a product crafted just for them.  How do businesses tailor their approach to meet these new, often more complex, demands?  What techniques are working (or not working) for your peers and why? Join the discussion at the next business development forum, for a frank, open discussion with other local businesses about what they've tried (or abandoned) in the search for new ways to reach
