The Capitol Hill Circulator is now in operation from Union Station to the Navy Yard Metro, by way of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE and Barracks Row. The bus is operating on a test schedule - from 6am to 7pm Monday through Friday and if the ridership numbers show that the bus is being used, the hours will be extended to include evenings and weekends. How do we prove ridership? RIDE THE CIRCULATOR. Take a friend. Take your family. Just ride the bus. And ride it often. It's only a dollar and runs every ten minutes!
